Halo Water Proofing has been the Delphi area's go-to call for Wet Basement Repair because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
Halo Water Proofing is a licensed and insured Wet Basement Repair company built around one idea: show up when you say you will, explain the problem in plain language, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Delphi job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Delphi customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
Odor is often the first sign Delphi customers notice, well before any visible water shows up.
Hairline cracks can widen over a Delphi winter's freeze-thaw cycle and become active leak points by spring.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail at the worst possible time — usually during the next big Delphi storm.
This is one sign we tell Delphi customers not to wait on — wall movement tends to progress rather than resolve on its own.
These signs upstairs are often the last clue Delphi homeowners notice, even though the moisture issue started in the basement months earlier.
Every Delphi property is different — soil, slope, foundation age, water table depth. We size the fix to the actual problem, not a one-size package.
Standing water in your basement doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Delphi emergency crews extract standing water first, then diagnose the entry point so it doesn't happen again next storm.
Call for Emergency Service →A cracked foundation wall isn't just a cosmetic issue — it's a water entry point and, over time, a structural one. Our Delphi crews assess whether it's a simple seal or a sign of bigger settlement issues before recommending a fix.
Get a Crack Assessment →A tired or undersized sump pump is the #1 reason we get emergency calls in Delphi after heavy rain. We install right-sized primary pumps so your basement stays dry even if the power goes out mid-storm.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →An interior drain tile system channels water to a sump pump before it ever reaches your Delphi basement floor — one of the most reliable long-term fixes we install.
Ask About Drain Systems →A damp, uninsulated crawl space under a Delphi home drives up humidity, invites mold, and wastes energy year-round. We seal it with heavy-duty vapor barrier, address any standing moisture, and can add dehumidification if needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We work directly with Delphi property managers and business owners on below-grade waterproofing, parking structure sealing, and large-scale drainage corrections — scheduled around your operating hours.
Request a Commercial Quote →No confusing steps, no hard sell — just the same process our Delphi crews follow on every job.
You call +1-866-476-1348 and talk to a real technician who asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Delphi property.
A technician inspects the Delphi property in person, checking the foundation, drainage, grading, and any active moisture before recommending a fix.
You receive a written, itemized quote before any work begins — the number you approve is the number you're billed.
Our crew completes the work, cleans up the site, and walks you through the warranty coverage on what was installed.
We quote the job in writing after inspecting it in person, so what you agree to on the phone or at your door is what shows up on the final invoice.
Because we're actually based near Delphi rather than routing calls through a national center, we can usually get someone out the same day you call.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and make it right. That's written into every contract, not just promised on the phone.
Our technicians are paid to diagnose correctly, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get on-site.
Filing a water damage claim in Delphi, IN can be confusing — we've done it enough times with Delphi adjusters to help you avoid common denials.
Word of mouth is still how most Delphi customers find us, which keeps our standards higher than a big out-of-town franchise.
"Called at 6am with a flooded basement and had a tech at my door by 8. No runaround, no upsell — just fixed it."
"Got quotes from three companies for a crack repair. These guys were the only ones who actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just quoting a price."
"Crawl space smelled awful for years. Encapsulation crew did a clean job and the smell is completely gone upstairs now."
"Managed our building's parking garage waterproofing project. Kept to the schedule, communicated well with tenants, minimal disruption."
"French drain install took two days like they said it would, not five. Yard was put back together better than before."
"Technician actually explained why the water was coming in instead of just quoting a number. First contractor who's done that for us."
